What Deali is, what it does, what it does not do, and what we agree with you.

This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Latvian version prevails: Latvian version.

1. Who provides the service

Deali is a service of SIA "ReIntellex". Registration number 40203659335, address Dzirnavu iela 1, Saldus, Saldus nov., LV-3801, email info@deali.lv. Hereinafter "we" or "Deali".

By using Deali, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Deali.

2. Account

To save a search and receive notifications, you need an account. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is true.

You are responsible for your password. If you suspect that someone has accessed it, change it and notify us. One account is for one person; an account may not be transferred to others or sold.

3. What Deali does

Deali regularly browses publicly available listings on selected portals, compares them against your filters and notifies you of new ones. Deali shows the main information of a listing and a link to the original on the relevant portal.

Portal names and data are shown for information purposes only. Deali is not affiliated with any listings portal and does not cooperate with them. Every listing on Deali is a link to the original, and the transaction always takes place on the relevant portal.

4. What Deali does not do

• Deali is not a party to any transaction. We do not sell or buy anything, and we are not an intermediary. All transactions take place between you and the author of the listing.
• Deali does not guarantee that listings are accurate. The content is created by portal users. The price, description, images and even whether the item exists at all are beyond our control.
• Deali does not guarantee that it will find everything. Portals change their structure, may be unavailable or may restrict access. A listing may be missed or may be picked up later.
• Deali does not provide legal, financial or real estate advice.

Before any transaction, always check the listing yourself on the original portal.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

Deali is intended for personal use. You may not:

• extract data from Deali by automated means, using bots or by scraping the site;
• use one account for several people or give access to third parties;
• systematically copy, compile or resell Deali content. Sending a link to an individual listing privately is not restricted;
• circumvent the limits of the free version, including by creating several accounts for this purpose;
• interfere with the operation of the service, overload the servers or attempt to access other people's accounts;
• use Deali for unlawful purposes.

There is a separate PRO plan for businesses and professionals; please contact us. The personal use restriction does not apply to PRO plan users, and the scope of use is set out in a separate agreement.

6. Beta (test) period and free version

Beta (test) period. Deali is currently in a test version. During the test period, all features are available free of charge and without the limits described in this section, and for that very reason some things may not work. Everyone who creates an account during the test period will receive one month free of charge after the official version is launched. The test period for an account lasts one month from the date of registration, unless we have notified you of a different term in writing.

The Beta (test) period is a trial agreement, not an ordinary service. By taking part in the test period, you take on one obligation: to be reachable and to answer questions about what works and what does not. In return, we give you the full service free of charge and without limits. This exchange is the basis of the beta programme, which is why a phone number and consent to be contacted are a condition of participation in the beta programme, and why without them you cannot take part in the beta programme; participation, however, is voluntary.

Four things follow from this, and we abide by them:

• You may withdraw your consent at any time. This means leaving the beta programme. You can delete your account in the settings with a single button, and we will then delete everything, including your number.
• We use your number only for this purpose. Calls and messages are about the product, never about advertising or offers, and the number is not passed on to anyone else.
• When the test period ends, we delete your number, unless you separately agree at that time that we may keep it.
• After the official launch, a phone number will not be required. This condition applies only to the test period.

Listing notifications are not connected with this: they arrive independently, and test period questions will never replace them.

In the free version, you can save one search with three filter fields. The search works in the same way as in the paid plans, but stops after 6 hours or after 5 notifications, whichever occurs first. After that, you can restart the search or switch to a paid plan.

7. Paid plans and prices

During the Beta (test) period, all plans cost €0. While the test period lasts, there are no paid plans: nothing is charged, nothing renews, and we do not even ask for payment details. The prices listed below are those that will apply after the test period; they have not applied before, and a struck-through figure in the pricing section means exactly that, not a discount on an earlier price.

No payment will start on its own. Before the prices take effect, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you will need to choose a paid plan separately.

Prices that will apply after the test period:

• €5.99 for 5 days: up to 3 searches, all filter fields, up to 50 notifications;
• €14.99 per month: up to 10 searches, all filter fields, unlimited notifications;
• PRO from €99: tailored to businesses and professionals. Includes an unlimited number of searches, a wider range of portals, integration options, statistics and other features by agreement.

Prices are final and are stated to the consumer as the total amount.

Automatic renewal. The monthly plan renews automatically every month until you cancel it. The five-day plan is a one-off purchase and does not renew.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the settings. The service continues to work until the end of the period already paid for; no fee is charged for the next period. We do not refund money for a period that has already passed, except where required by law.

Price changes. We will notify you of any price change at least 30 days in advance. If the new price does not suit you, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Deali is a digital service that begins immediately, so by starting to use a paid plan, you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. For the period in which the service has already been provided, we charge a proportionate amount.

9. Availability of the service

We strive to keep Deali running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, failures and restrictions on the part of portals may occur. We give advance notice of planned work lasting more than one hour.

We may change or discontinue individual features. If the changes significantly reduce what you have paid for, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for the unused portion.

10. Liability

Deali is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from a listing being inaccurate, a notification arriving late or not arriving, a portal being unavailable, or from a transaction that you conclude with the author of a listing.

Our liability towards consumers is in no case limited further than permitted by the laws of Latvia. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability does not exceed the amount you have paid over the last 12 months.

11. Intellectual property

The Deali name, logo, interface and software belong to SIA "ReIntellex". The content of listings belongs to their authors and the relevant portals; Deali shows it to a limited extent together with a link to the original.

12. Suspension and termination of an account

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may suspend or terminate an account if it is used in breach of these terms or threatens the operation of the service. Unless it is a serious breach, we will first warn you and give you an opportunity to remedy it.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We will first try to reach an agreement through negotiation, so please write to us. If you are a consumer, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) (ptac.gov.lv). In other cases, disputes are settled by a Latvian court.

14. Changes to the terms

We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance. If the changes do not suit you, you can delete your account before they take effect. By continuing to use Deali after the changes take effect, you agree to them.
